Shipping Information

Before the purchase is completed, the applicable shipping fee for your order will be stated and it will be based on the destination country. The normal delivery time within Sweden for items in stock is two weeks.

 

There may be additional fees for import, VAT, and customs for shipments outside the EU. These costs are paid by the buyer.

Return information

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day withdrawal period for unused products. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and for packaging it to ensure the item is not damaged during transport. We recommend using the original packaging for returns. The withdrawal period does not apply to custom-made products.

 

Return Process
  1. Notify your wish to make a return within 14 days of receiving the order. Please get in touch with us to initiate a return process at: info@ekorremobler.com

  2. We will provide the shipping fee, and you will receive a return delivery note.

  3. Include a copy of your order confirmation, your name, and your order number. Please let us know the reason for the return as it is important to know why you are not satisfied. 

  4. Repayment is executed within 14 days after receiving, processing, and approving your return.
